電動穿透式刀閘閥

電動穿透式刀閘閥是一種閘板與閥座始終緊密接觸密封的閥門，其原理是閘板上開有一個通徑大小的圓口，通過閘板啟閉使得閘板上圓口跟通徑做*脫離和相吻合的動作。此閥門的優點在于閥體通徑無凹槽，介質不會卡阻堵塞，并且具有全通徑流通特性，適合粉體顆粒介質的管道中使用。其密封結構可以分軟密封、硬密封結構。穿透式刀閘閥是具有精密構造，工藝性好，結構緊湊等特點，密封閥座為活動結構設計，有防磨損和自動補償功能，因而壽命更長。在關閉和開啟過程中閥座跟閘板一直緊貼運動，使得閥門啟閉力穩定，并且具有切斷介質等特點。該閥門配電動執行器可實現遠程微電腦控制。在電源供應中斷時，也可以通過手動來操作閥門啟閉，從而緊急控制了介質的流向，也避免了事故的發生。也可以使用現場電控箱、遠程PLC電動智能控制等附件來操作和調試的控制。用戶可根據實際需要進行選擇。
Electric penetration knife gate valve ,gate closely contacts with the seat , Principle is that there is a diameter size of circular port in the gate ,opening and closing gate makes circular port takes off and consistent action with diameter .
The advantages of this valve are : body's diameter without grooves, the medium does not plug the card blocking, full-diameter flow characteristics, suitable for powder using in the pipeline. The sealing structure can be divided into soft-seal and hard seal structure. Penetrable Knife Gate Valve is a sophisticated structure, good technology , compact structure, etc, activities of structural design of sealing seat , anti-wear and automatic compensation function and long age. Gate keeps closely movement with gate when opening and closing ,makes valve open and close stability and cuts off the media, and so on.
Equipped with electric actuator,it can be remote microcomputer control. When power cut off, you can also manually operate the valve opening and closing to control media flowing , also to avoid accidents. You can use on-site electronic-control box, remote PLC inligent control and other accessories to operate and debug controlling. Users can choose based on actual needs.
